Can one buy a cow and have it raised and slaughtered on that farm then shipped to the home?

In Massachusetts is there a farm where a “city slicker” can buy a cow, pig, etc…. to be raised and eventually slaughtered for the meat, where it is then shipped to the person’s home in sections of different cuts? How much is this usually? I have a huge storage freezer and alot of mouths to feed, so it may be a worthwhile investment for me!
