A few years back I had a friend who passed in a car accident. While his wife was moving out of their home she found his 9mm pistol and asked me to take it. Which I did and put in my storage unit and forgot about it… Now I have long since lost contact with the wife and still have the weapon, how do I go about legally xfering ownership to myself?

What do I do to remove brother’s property from house so it can be put up for sale ?
house has to be up for sale before medicaid will start paying. brother is in jail at least 2 more months. can his property be removed and put in some kind of storage ? It is a lot better than sitting in an empty house, just waiting to be broken into and then destroy everything there. thanks,

Tally asked:

So my dad has been gone for about 4 months and he came home tonight to unload a trailer full of stuff into his storage unit. We open it up to see that it’s been comepletly robbed. SO MUCH is gone. His dad was a photographer in WWII and recently passed, and Dad inherited all of his equipment and photographs…all gone. All of his tools, all of his files (including tax, home, insurance…everything)…all gone. So much is gone he doesn’t even know what’s gone. So now what. I know insurance will cover the “cost” of most of it…but can he even report it? I mean, we don’t know when it happened, just that he left everything was there and the unit was locked up and now half of his life is gone. So can the police even do anything? I’m so sad for him. All of the information about MY house…even birth records…everything is gone. Makes me so nervous. ???

Mr SmoothHead asked:

I’m planning on installing a “stealth” high definition video surveillance system with about 50GB of storage.

Planning on having two monitors and 3 small cameras that would be hard to detect.

How much would such a system cost?

Not planning on having it connected to computer. Strictly a home system.
