Microbrewery at Home?
madlduke23 asked:
I know in the state of Texas you need a brewers license to sell your own beer. My question is what are the requirements as to where the Microbrewery is located? Can it be at home? In storage with power? Does it matter where it is?

I’m getting a storage room while I’m home from college for the summer, but it’s not air-conditioned. The temperature in the unit will probably get up to over 100 F, and I’m planning on stashing some leftover bottles from the year. Will the alcohol be ‘cooked’ out of it? Will I get sick from drinking it after leaving it in heat for three months?

I don’t buy cigars by the box so for now it doesn’t make sense for me to invest in a humidor just yet. I’ve heard so many conflicting opinions as to what method is the next best option for cigar storage aside from a humidor. Fridge? Freezer? Ziploc bag? Tupperware? What method is best and why? Thanks in advance.

What is the best book to make your own cold storage or cellar?
Daniel R asked:
Hi, I need to make a cold storage to ferment my homebrew and wines. Can anyone recommend a good book on the subject of cold storages? Thanks.
Note - The temperature where I live is 30 degrees celsius, so yes I need some sort of air conditioning to get a more ideal temperature for fermentation (around 20 degrees).
